I watched this video three times in a row, and cried each time. Then I began reading about him--he was in debt up to his eyeballs; the agents he sent audition tapes to never acknowledged receiving them, so he figured he wasn't good enough; he had a series of health problems that stopped him from singing--and I was awed. Apparently the rest of Britain was too, because he won the competition, had some dental work done, signed a contract with Simon Cowell, and has been hitting all the talk shows in America. Paul Potts seems humble, grateful and amazed to actually be doing the thing he feels he was put on this earth to do. We should all be so lucky.
