Coconut Papaya Cleansing Shake

This refreshing shake is a great way to benefit from the cleansing properties of coconut water. Coconut water is filled with wonderful nutrients and minerals and is an excellent source of potassium, calcium and magnesium. Plus, unlike coconut milk, coconut water contains no fat or cholesterol. This shake is an excellent way to start your day and it can be a perfect pick-me-up in the afternoon!

- 1/2 papaya, seeds discarded and flesh scooped out
- 1/4 cup(s) mint, stemmed
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
